Our Return Policy
We accept returns on eligible rosaries from our regular collections within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, your rosary must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with its original packaging.
Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.
Custom & Personalized Rosaries
Because custom and personalized rosaries are created specifically for you, all custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by law or in the case of defective or incorrect items.
This includes rosaries made with specially sourced materials, personalized components, or designs created at a customer's request.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your rosary arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue. Return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or incorrect items will be covered by Stone & Psalm.
Return Shipping & Refunds
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days. Your payment provider may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Original shipping charges, if applicable, are nonrefundable.
